Password Entry

You can download our up-to-date software in the form of test versions, full versions, or updates after entering your user-ID and password. Once logged in, you can access other service offers such as (un)subscribing to our newsletter or retrieving data from the knowledge-base (only TSP-customers).

If you do not have a password yet, please request one now. If you are already a CAQ AG Factory Systems customer and have forgotten your password, please inquire with our Info-Line. Hint: All CAQ AG Factory Systems correspondence, bills, advertisements, which are addressed directly to you, also include your personal ID-number as well as your password.

Printing

In order to make it easier for you to print out our WebPages, we have included a "print page" link on every page. This link optimizes the page contents for printing. Menus and graphics that are redundant can this way be eliminated from the final print version and lower your printing costs. Of course you can also use the print option supplied by your browser.

Screen Resolution

These pages are optimized for a resolution of 1024x768. You can also display these pages at 800x600, but the results may not be satisfactory in certain circumstances. Change your resolution if this is the case.

Other Browsers

Displaying CAQ AG Factory Systems website with browsers based on Macintosh, Linux, or other operating systems in most cases will cause no difficulties. However, problems may occur in certain instances. CAQ AG Factory Systems is not planning to implement any additional measures aimed at correcting these problems, because there is a very limited number of Internet users utilizing these operating systems and browser types.
